Florida Boxes provides buying, selling, repair, recycling, and transportation services for Gaylord boxes and bulk containers. All services are subject to availability and these terms.

Orders and Payment

Pricing

All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms specified on your invoice. We accept major credit cards, checks, and wire transfers. Net 30 terms may be available for qualified business customers.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Product Grading

Our grading system (Grade A, B, C) represents our assessment of product condition. While we strive for accuracy, condition may vary slightly within grades. Products are sold "as-is" based on their grade description.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring access.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Any return must be approved by Florida Boxes before shipping. Products must be returned in the same condition as received.

Limitation of Liability

Florida Boxes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products or services.
